MAND offers various shipping methods to ensure the prompt delivery of your purchased goods:
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 5 to 14 business days within Saudi Arabia.
Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days within Saudi Arabia.
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, availability, and delivery location.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery Location: Costs may vary depending on whether the delivery is within Jeddah or other regions in Saudi Arabia.
Size and Weight of the Product: Larger or heavier items, such as furniture or customized products, may incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping Method: Express delivery incurs higher shipping fees than standard delivery.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping charges, including import duties and taxes, will be borne by the customer.
3. Delivery Locations
Domestic Shipping: We offer delivery within Saudi Arabia. We do not provide international delivery for certain products such as flowers.
International Shipping: MAND offers international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the destination country.
4. Order Processing and Shipping Time
Order Processing: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, MAND will process and prepare the order for shipment within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience a delay in processing.
Custom Orders: For customized or personalized products (e.g., furniture, home décor), the production and delivery time may range from 4 to 6 weeks. In some cases, custom orders may take up to 6 months depending on production capacity and customization requirements.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s tracking portal.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of order confirmation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Delays and Shipping Issues
While MAND strives to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by:
Force Majeure Events: These include unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays that may impact the delivery timeline.
Third-Party Shipping Carriers: We rely on third-party carriers for delivery, and MAND is not liable for any delays or issues that arise during transit, such as customs delays.
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Returns and Delivery Issues
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will assist you with the return or exchange process, and in cases where applicable, a full refund will be issued.
Missing Deliveries: If your package is missing or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. MAND is not liable for lost or undelivered items due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.
8. Customer Responsibility
Accurate Information: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details provided at the time of the order. MAND is not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Customs Duties and Taxes: For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid upon arrival of the goods in the destination country.
9. Restrictions on Delivery
Some products may be subject to delivery restrictions based on their size, weight, or delivery location. These include:
Flowers: Due to their perishable nature, flower deliveries are limited to specific regions within Saudi Arabia and are not eligible for international shipping.
Customized Products: Customized items, such as personalized furniture and home décor, may only be delivered within certain regions of Saudi Arabia.
10. Liability Disclaimer
MAND is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from the actions of third-party shipping carriers or due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, force majeure events, customs delays, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
MAND is also not responsible for any issues arising from international customs regulations, including duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the destination country.
