About MAND & the scope of these Terms

MAND is a luxury brand offering premium products and services across fashion, home furniture and design, flowers, chocolates, gourmet food, and more. We aim to provide an exclusive and seamless shopping experience through customized solutions.

These Terms apply to every Website user, including visitors who do not make a purchase and customers who place orders, use services, or participate in promotional offers.

Your responsibilities

• Accurate information: Ensure all personal and billing information you provide is accurate and current.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or make a purchase, or have consent from a legal guardian.
• Compliance with Saudi law: All transactions must comply with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Violations may result in account termination or legal action.

Orders & modifications

• Order process: Select products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Contact and payment details are required to complete a purchase. Processing begins after payment confirmation.
• Order modification: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be changed. Cancellation is possible only before the order enters production or shipping.

Pricing & payment

• Pricing: Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals, include applicable taxes, and may change without notice.
• Payment methods: We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods.
• Payment confirmation: Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. A successful transaction is followed by an order confirmation email.
• Fraud and currency discrepancies: Fraudulent payment attempts or currency discrepancies will be investigated, and the responsible party may be liable for resulting damages.

Delivery & shipping

• Shipping charges: Charges depend on delivery location and the selected service and are calculated at checkout.
• International delivery: International shipping is available to most countries. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes.
• Flower delivery: Flowers are delivered only within Saudi Arabia.
• Tracking: Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
• Delays: Holidays, customs processing, unforeseen events, or third-party carriers may cause delays. MAND is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & cancellations

• Fashion returns: Fashion items may be returned within 14 days of delivery when new, unused, and accompanied by all original tags.
• MAND/TREATS and MAND/FLOWERS: Perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Order cancellations: Orders may be canceled only before production or dispatch is confirmed. Cancellations are not allowed after custom production or shipping begins.

Customized products

Customized MAND/HOME products, including furniture and home décor, are non-returnable once production begins. Custom orders may require 4 to 6 weeks or longer depending on design complexity and production capacity.

Refunds and exchanges are not available after a customized order has been approved and paid for.

Faulty products & warranties

• Faulty or damaged products: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving a faulty or damaged product. MAND will assess the issue and, depending on the circumstances, replace the item or issue a full refund.
• Furniture and customized items: Customized furniture and home items are warranted for 12 months against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
• Flowers and floral arrangements: Flower longevity cannot be guaranteed. Flowers generally last 4 to 5 days with proper care, but MAND does not assume responsibility after delivery.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use, store, and protect information. MAND complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Saudi data protection laws.

Availability & events outside our control

• Product availability: We aim to keep advertised products available. If demand or production issues prevent us from fulfilling an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
• Force majeure: MAND is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Website or purchases from MAND.

Changes to these Terms

MAND may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
